Return Policy on IPHONE 4

Trying out a white IPHONE 4 recently upgraded from LG EN V3. I obtained it at Target/Verizon Kiosk. Also purchased AppleCare Plan. If I decide to return IPHONE 4, and reactivate my LG EN V3, i should be refunded 100%? I have had the IPHONE 4 for 12 days. I am looking for any hidden and/or restocking fees.   Thank you.   Also, it is my understanding that my expiration date of 08/26/11 would return?  Thanks again.

if the kiosk goes by verizon policies, then you would have had 3 day to return it for no fee. currently, you have 14 days (from date of purchase) to return it with a $35 restocking fee. this is their policy with any other device. however, i recall when the iphone came out that there were a few differences in their policy, but i think the return policy is the same. if you're going to return it, you need to get back in there in the next day.

Even within 3 days you'd see the $35 restocking fee. The 3 days is the activation fee on a new line.
