Ring Spotlight Camera Notifications

I am not receiving any alerts from my Ring app. I have all of the notifications set up correctly (in the app and phone). I've rebooted the app and the phone and nothing has worked. Anyone else unable to get Ring notifications? I believe the issue is with the phone and not the camera (it records video and the spotlight works) and I don't want to have to buy a new phone just to get my Ring notifications. Thanks!!

I have iPhone 6 Plus. iOS is 11.2.5 All of my other notifications work fine (text, phone, Facebook, Twitter). The only one that works “half way” is Instagram ( don’t get a sound or banner alert, just the little red number on the app icon). I get nothing for Ring. If I go into a Verizon store, will they be able to help me?

Have you attempted to delete the applications and re-install them to make sure it's not the application causing the issue?
