I was editing the Medical ID info in my iPhone 10. Neither the Done or Cancel button will end the editing session and take me back to “My Contacts”. I cannot turn phone off either to try and reset phone.
Being stuck on a screen is never ideal, especially if your medical info is on display. Help is here. Have you tried to force close your open apps? Just in case, here is a link to the steps: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330
When you mentioned that you cannot tun off the phone, what steps did you take to power it off?
