my only phone to and i take care of handicapped people now how do i get in touch with them
Would be nice if Verizon acted like they cared and posted a response so that we can all know when our service will be restored.
I totally agree! I live in Cecil Co MD and I just switched from straight talk to verizon 2 days ago now i'm wondering why I did. I hate how they are just playing everybody off with just tech difficulty.....when are they going to step up and get on here and let us know whats wrong and how long our phones are going to be down. we have phones for a reason.
