I shipped 2 iPhone 13 pros trade-ins, but it only shows 1 received. When I looked up UPS tracking numbers, both returned devices arrived at the Verizon returned processing center.
Could you please credit the returned phone using the labels you guys provided?
It is very trusting because I have to pay for the phone in the recent statement. Again only one device was credited instead of two.
