Hi all;
Not sure this goes here, but I'll see what happens.
A day or two ago I received a text -- supposedly from Verizon -- with some very good upgrade offers. Since I prefer to do this type of thing by computer, I logged on by laptop to check it out further. When selecting the upgrade option for my device, the offers made in the text are no where to be seen.
So is the text not legitimate? Or does Verizon make "mobile-only" offers? And if so, why?
Thanks for any insights on this.

gaken, offers can always vary and change. Any personalized offers will appear and pop up when you sign in to My Verizon. Additionally, check any messages you received for steps to take to get the offer you were presented with.
