Stalling Tactics and Total Lack of Customer Service Re: Rebates

Today is the day I'm supposed to hear whether my rebate claim was accepted after having submitted it no fewer than THREE previous times. Guess what? No word from Verizon. No follow-up. No attempt to keep me updated. Once again I have WASTED two weeks waiting for a decision that I would need to follow-up on only to be told it was rejected again.
Guess what? Today is the day I cancel my Verizon service. Good riddance.
