I have had my 4S for a while now but when I initially got it the Black version was sold out for months and the customer service representative informed me that I could either get the White 4S now or keep the phone I had (Droid X) until the Black 4S was back in stock.  Well I hated my Droid X and wanted to just get the iPhone and since I didn't know when the Black version would come out I just went ahead with getting the White iPhone.  The phone itself is awesome and I have no issues with it whatsoever, but really I don't like the White color and was wondering if I could just swap it out for a Black iPhone of the same size and everything (16GB).  Its obviously not an upgrade, and there is no damage to the current iPhone I have, is that something that could be made possible?

I mean I could but it'd be bulky and wont look right I have 2 cases for it as it is, but it doesn't take away from the fact that its white, it sounds stupid but it just doesn't look good to me.

The only way to do it would be to sell your white one on eBay or Craigslist then pay full price for a black one. Probably not wroth it unless you really hate the color.

No, you won't be able to through Verizon. You may be able to trade on Craigslist, but you risk getting a damaged phone and/or dealing with criminals.

You can but the covers I believe, like the front and back part of the phone on ebay and different sites. Ive seen pink iphones, putp,e and so on and it was not a skin. Looked pretty neat. I wonder if they have a clear one.

Vskin you can change the color or make it a pattern. I think they have them in black. I assume you can't swap because your past 14 day policy. Vskins stick I think to your phone and you can purchase at the vzw store or at walmart then you go to vskin.com to make your choice of what you like.

For $14 you get the vskin. For $24 you get a clear cover plus the choice of skin.

Kinda risky. You don't really know what you are getting on craigslist. It could be fake.
