Thread for iPhone 7+ preorders PAST 9/9 and estimated shipping/delivery dates AFTER 9/28

So, the other threads are nice to see how things are progressing for those who preordered on the first day (9/9). And its cool to see those people who are already getting their phones.   But I feel like the rest of the us "latey late" orderers are getting lost in the discussions because we have a bit more of a wait. So, I wanted to create a discussion for the rest of us so that once the ball gets rolling for us, we can kind of see how things go in terms of changed dates hopefully for the better and maybe earlier shipping dates.

So, if anyone else is interested this space can be for people who preordered 7 pluses AFTER the first day and who are still in the processing stage and have delivery/shipping dates PAST the 9/28 (which seems to be the latest date for 9/9 orders) date. Anyone not ordering the plus but just the 7 is also welcome to post here, but I just know that the debacle with pluses seems to be a bit more a concern for some people so I wanted to have a space for people to share here. But anyone is welcome to post.

No I personally haven't heard of anyone getting a plus in store at either place. Tried myself yesterday at Verizon (knowing I wouldn't but juuuust in case).

I ordered my Iphone 7+ 256k Matte Black on 9/18.  I ordered through Apple Store.  It was just shipped today and scheduled 4 delivery the 12th(according to Apple) or the 13th (according the tracking via UPS.)  Can't wait.  Good luck in getting yours.

I ordered MB 128gb+ and got text last night that it is being shipped.  placed order 9/15 and estimated ship 10/19.

I have a separate order of RG 128gb+ order 9/15 and had no estimated ship that now shows shipping 10/26

Well hopefully the 10/26 ship dates are only a week from now then since they are shipping yours a week early. I can only hope.

Hey I just wanted to give everyone a heads up on this thread since I seem to hear different things from the phone reps. When I went in to do the trade in to get the $650 credit promo I noticed that the total did not show $650. I called and spoke to Verizon and apparently my new iphones were not showing as device payment plan phones. The rep told me this happened to quite a few orders since the system was getting a lot of orders for the preorder. They had to submit a form to have this manually updated and said it would take 48 hours to take effect. So just beware if you don't see the $650 show up as the value for your iphone 6 on the trade in then call verizon.

iPhone 7plus 128gb, matte black ordered 9/18, due by 11/09... cc charged on 10/15, recived  email today with tracking number and I should have it by 10/19. Hope everybody gets theirs early!!

Aside from Apple's typical artificially created "out of stock" syndrome.  Don't worry.  You aren't missing anything and in fact, most likely saving yourself some headache's while they sort out some problems with the iPhone 7's.  I ordered my 7 Plus in Matte Black on the 09/04 where it arrived (2 day shipping) on 10/04.

Most of us immediately started noticing dropped calls.  Immediate call failures.  Low to no LTE signal.  Along with GPS related issues and band-aid work arounds.  Spelling/Grammar also seems to be WAY off in iOS 10 across all iPhone's.

If you look around the iPhone forums on Verizon, you'll see a WHOLE lotta people having problems so hopefully, you will at least have Voice/Data LTE connectivity while you wait for Apple and/or Verizon to sort out the problems which (according to them only) they "DON'T" have.   And of course, actually make and ship the phones that aren't in as high demand as they like the public to think.  🙂

How did you order it on 9/4? Did preorders begin on 9/9?

I've had the 7+ 256GB Matte Black for over a week now, traveling from eastern North Dakota through Minnesota and I have not had an issue with dropped calls, signal issues, etc. I've been an apple user since the iPhone 3G, and this is by far the best one yet.
