I am having issues with the trade in process and just want my phone back.

Since the estimate is extremely low I asked if I could just have my phone back en lieu of the $105, and the rep said that my only option is the have the low credit, and said she could not help me.
When I spoke with an agent, they told me that I should have went to the store to get the device looked at, but I informed her that I tried to go and they said that they were not taking the devices and that it needed to be shipped...
