Upgraded my phone on Monday in-store, and received a UPS label to ship my phone back (I have to get my own box as the store didnt have any). My question is can I just go back to the store and request they take the trade in? There seems to be quite a few issues with trade values being decreased once the phone is recieved, and even notifications that the phone received was not the phone that was traded in. It would be much more convenient if I could just drop the phone off at a Verizon store.
