Verizon estimated my iphone for $800 as a trade in value but I sent them perfect phone they valued only $40 and they said phone is damaged BUT I SENT THEM PERFECT CONDITION PHONE. They broke my phone. I need help please?
Those mixed messages of being promised one amount and receiving a far far lower value would have me seeking assistance too. At any time was the device looked over by a store rep before sending in? Did we send the pictures of the device as it arrived in the warehouse?
