I have an IPhone4 that I purchased from ATT and is on their plan. I wish to transfer it to Verizon to replace a 2 year old droid.
Are the ATT version Iphone4's able to be activated on the Verizon network?
I have heard that certain features that ATT has with their version that doesn't work on Verizon. Im not sure what they are if there are really any.

Not going to happen, the network (internal radio) types are completely different. Your AT&T phone is GSM technology and the Verizon network is CDMA technology.

You can't activate the GSM iPhone you have with AT&T on the Verizon network. If you look at the FAQs on AT&T they advise their customers also that this can't be done. You will have to purchase a CDMA Verizon iPhone if you want the iPhone on Verizon at this time.
