I used the prepaid shipping label Verizon sent me and mailed my trade in iPhone 11 on August 15th. I have the drop off receipt from UPS with the tracking number on it. Now UPS tracking says they can not locate the shipping details for that tracking number. So what do I do now? I don’t want to lose my $400 trade in value.
