I just upgraded my phone to an iphone 13 and the backup of my old phone and the restore of my new phone went fine. I have a pay as you go plan and I upgraded my phone on there, picked a new plan, added all my device and sim id numbers and I can message people, but I cannot make or receive phone calls - any suggestions?
