Hello, I just switched from Sprint to Verizon and from Android to Apple so I'm having to manually download all of my apps.
Everytime an app needs to send me a verification code, it doesn't come though. It has happened with paypal, cash app, and marco polo so far so I've just stopped trying. I can get SMS and iMessages just fine. Can anyone help?

I'm really sorry that you're having such a hard time with receiving messages from short codes. Let's get this resolved.
Please try sending the short code, (each one individually), with HELP in the message. If you receive a message response, this means that you will now be able to receive short code messages from from that specific short code.
