Each month the Verizon dollars as reported by our Synchrony statement are in excess of what Verizon Wireless shows as being available to apply against the balance for VW.
E.g. 12 days ago the Verizon credit card closed and the statement reports $54.32 Verizon Dollars are available as credits. Today I went into our Verizon Wireless account and it reports only $44.93 Verizon Dollars are available. I did apply the $44.93 against our bill, but what about the missing $9.39 ?? As I wrote this happens each month.

insofar as the amount shown on VW's bill page as available VDollars ($44.93) does show as being applied against the original bill total leaving an outstanding amount of $49.32.
However there is no update showing that more money is still available from the Verizon dollar balance as shown on the Synchrony CC bill from two weeks back. That showed $54.32 Verizon Dollars as I wrote earlier, so I think I am still due some nine dollars and change--at least according to the Synchrony bill.
This has been happening for some months...just decided to try to get someone's attention about it now--had no luck on MOnday via the phone. Synchrony said not their problem and Verizon W was an endless on-hold. Thanks for your looking into this.
