Verizon Smart Family - Issues With Two Parents

I am the primary parent on Verizon Smart Family. I have set my wife up as an account manager on Verizonwireless, which allows her to be assigned as a a parent on Verizon Smart Family. I cannot seem to set her up with a separate password or username as an Account Manager.
The issue seems to be that, when she logs in to Smart Family, she uses my username and password, which kicks me out of Smart Family. When I login I kick her out. So, only one parent can use the app at a time.
1. Is this normal?
2. If it is not normal, how can I have two parents each be able to login to Smart Family at the same time?
