This is a Verizon question. Does anyone else have trouble figuring out how to chose monthly rewards? I cant ever figure out how to log into where you make your choice. Does it have to be this hard?
Hello, PetesMom. I certainly get where you're coming from as I've had something similar occur. I find it best to select the Account tab when you open the My Verizon app. This will log you in and you can go to the Verizon UP tab to select your reward. This should help smooth out the process. *Zaak
