The Verizon support has to be the worst ever. I am so sick of wasting my time with the agents who can't understand my simple problem. I am one step away from filing a BBB complaint for how unhelpful the workers are. MY PROBLEM IS SO SIMPLE AND YET NO ONE CAN EVEN HELP ME!!!!
All Verizon cares about is ripping people off with hidden fees. Charged me activation fees for 5G home internet, apple watch, and two iPhones. That is a total of $140 for just Verizon's fees! No where on my receipt it said activation fees for the iPhones yet, the agent kept saying it's correct.
Back to my problem, my iPhone 14 is not letting me view voicemails. I chatted with so many agents and all these unhelpful workers keep doing is telling me to reboot or giving me the link to setup my voicemail. So my iPhone 14 can now control Verizon's systems? Just completely useless information from the support team..... This is Verizon's last chance to solve my issue before I file a BBB complaint for hidden activation fees on my iPhones and failure to fix my voicemail problem. Attached are my screenshots for what is going on. I keep receiving those text messages for new voicemail and when I delete the voicemail. Also I can't view my voicemail and must call which is stupid.

It's concerning to hear this is your impression of us, and we apologize for the delay. Our forums come to us after 2 days to allow the community to jump in and assist, so you don't get an instant reply here.
Activation fees are assessed to all new lines and upgrades as listed here: https://www.verizon.com/support/upgrade-device-faqs/#:~:text=We%20charge%20a%20one%2Dtime,service%20....
Please reference #1 under Upgrade fee, order status and billing. As for your voicemail, what message is heard when you call your own number from your phone?

There are soooo many discussion boards on this & I also have delayed voicemails. Call comes in - I ignore - then the voicemail doesn’t hit for HOURS later. I use my phone for work - so it has become a customer service issue.
I’m on the most up to date everything. Newest phone. I’ve had this issue for a couple years.

It's so important to get your Voicemails in a timely manner! I'm sorry to learn about the issues you're having, and I'm here to help. Are you using Premium Visual Voicemail, Visual Voicemail, or Basic Voicemail? Do you notice if this happens when you're in a specific location, or everywhere you use your phone?
