I recently recieved a new IPhone 13 regular. It works fine except for the voicemail. I dialed *86 to create and save a personal greeting. Here is what happened.
1) If someone calls me and I don't answer, they get the default automated greeting, not my saved personal greeting.
2) If they leave a message, it is not saved.
3) I had an app called TrapCall - it converts No Caller ID callers to their Name and number. Very strange - but the voicemails I get were recorded here. I deleted this app, and now no voicemails at all.
