after 70 plus hours of damage consistency of incompetent representatives who do not know their job. do not resolve issues and disconnect with you after being on hold over 2 hours everytime call in. WORST SERVICE

They do not care Bought a phone for my father he passed away can not get a hold of these wiseguy to turn the phone off. Now they have this board up so other customers can help each other for their not going to or are willing to help. these blockheads reduce their hours because of covid-19 I did not know it spread over the phone. GET BACK TO WORK, YOUR FEARS SHOULD NOT INFRINGE ON PEOPLES LIVES, AND RIGHTS
