Why do I only get sound in one earbud?

Is this a defect or is there something we can do to fix?

   Hi tshudak, Go into Settings > General > Accessibility - and scroll down to where you'll see. Adjust the audio volume balance between left and right channels.

  And center the slider between the L & R to see if that might help resolve it.
