Wifi set up

I can't get my wifi password to work when I try to set up the wifi.  Therefore, i can't back up my data.  Any ideas?

Go to networks settings and click on the network and choose FORGET NETWORK....Then reboot your device and attempt to reconnect with a fresh connection.
