I ordered an Iphone 13 pro on Dec 1 for my husband for Christmas. The shipping date was supposed to be Dec 29. As of today 2/4. The shipping date is still Dec 19. I upgraded our plan to unlimited to get the deal of $800 off on a trade in. Then they started billing us for the phone we don't have. After hours of chatting I finally was refunded the money they billed us. Now I think I'll downgrade our plan and just buy the phone from Apple. Probably will save money in the long run.
If Verizon didn't have the best coverage in our area I'd be with a different carrier.
