YOur call cannot be completed as dialed

Hello,

I have an iPhone with Verizon. So does my sister. For the past week, every time I call her, I instantly get a message saying "Welcome to Verizon.  Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number" 

1. Her number has not changed nor has mine for over 20years.

2. I can text or Facetime her, but I cannot place call to same number.

3. She can call, text, or ffacetime me. SO only I cannot call her.

4. I have not blocked her nor has she blocked me.

5. I removed her contact number, and rebooted my phone, and punched in the number, and I get the same message.

6. Others can call her, but I cannot. She and I are trying to figure this out. Any suggestions? Please.

dbadawi1, I appreciate you getting back to me. Have you been able to perform a resetting of the network settings? You can do that by going to Settings -- General -- Transfer or Reset iPhone -- Reset -- Reset Network Settings -- Reset Network Settings. The phone will reset. After it resets, please try the call. -Alicia

Again, thanks.

I reset the network as you instructed (which also restarts phone) .  Call still did not work. Rebooted and also tried that. Still no luck.

I've done all the troubleshooting steps and still getting the call can't be connected message.

I seem to be able to call 611 but after a few seconds it can't understand me anymore.
