What is the best way to back up contacts to your computer from the verizon I phone 4. I do not have Microsoft outlook office.

I have a Googlel account. In that account you can sync your contacts through iTunes to your phone. You can also sync using Yahoo address book and windows contacts and mobile me. When your device is attached to itunes go to the info tab in itunes and you will see info.
iTunes is the best way since it backs up everything on your iPhone. If you have gmail or yahoo, you can back up your numbers that way, through iTunes.
