Great question! We are sorry to see that you are having trouble to view the call history. It is important that you have access to view it. Here are the steps you can take.
My Verizon online: Go to the View Bill page in My Verizon on your smartphone, tablet or computer.
My Verizon app: Tap the menu icon in the top left of your screen, and tap Bill. For more details about your monthly charges, tap View bill details.
