so I’m wondering if anyone else has had this problem where we go into a 5GUW area and it is significantly slower? Like I do internet speed tests and it’s like regular 5G? More specifically I used to get speeds between 400mbs-1.2gbs. I even checked to see if I was being throttled but I’ve noticed this over a span of two months and nothings changed. I was jw if something is wrong with my device or not.
Having the best data speed is essential. We always want customers to enjoy using service on our ultra fast 5G network.
