I have bought a brand new iPhone 13 Pro Max with sealed box and receipt in the Philippines last June, 2022. On February, 2023, I sent my iPhone to an Apple Service Center for repair (my phone is still in warranty) because it went white on the whole screen. However, the staff from the Repair Center told me that they can't repair my phone because it is blacklisted and the vendor is Verizon. I can confirm that the phone ks not lost because I've been using it for 8 months before I sent it for repair. Is there a way to remove my phone from being blacklisted so that they can start the repair?
