I have been with this company for 33 years and have never had a problem like this one. I ordered a 13 Pro Max, Chromebook and Apple Watch. All the time I had to pay taxes and such, which I paid what I was told. So the phone is back ordered and the money I thought I was paying on the phone went towards my bill. So now they’re wanting to collect another amount before they send my phone this is not what I was told, and they are holding up my order until it is paid! I am so mad that I am seriously considering changing carriers.
