iPhone 13 voice digitizing and/or cutting out

People I'm talking to cut out and/or sound digitized. I have Verizon Internet and FIos. Just upgraded to this new phone and from AT&T cell service to Verizon Cell service. Never had issues before changing to Verizon and iPhone 13. Could this be a setting in the phone? I am sitting 10 feet from Box and router. any help is appreciated.
