My iPhone decided it wanted to go swimming the other day. After taking it out I put it in rice for 2 days. Now I have the iPhone out and everything seems to be working but the screen light won't come on. I can still use all the buttons but I can't see what button I'm hitting. There's got to be a simple solution other than going out and getting an all new phone. HELP!

A black screen is awful! Let's see if we can bring your device back to life. Did you have insurance on the device? Try placing the phone back in rice for some additional days to dry out. Keep me posted
