**iPhone 5 shipping schedules**

There seems to be a lot of confusion on when everyone will actually receive the iPhone 5. Pre-orders for new devices have approximate delivery dates and are never official. For an example, Dave pre-ordered an iPhone 5 on 09/15 but there is still a possibility the device will be delivered to the address by 09/21. I've seen this happen many times. Here are the delivery dates for iPhone 5 pre-orders:

I just got my FED EX tracking number with a scheduled delivery on Friday the 21st.

Wow congrats!  I ordered mine at approx 2:07AM CST 14th and still have no tracking number.  Hope I hear something soon... My card has been charged.

Are enterprise customers able to see their order status too?  If so, do we put the company name in the Last Name/Business Name field, or the last name of the user assigned to a particular line.

Also, on each order confirmation we got to numbers (VZBxxxxxxxxxxxxx and WFOxxxxxxxxx).  Do you know which number is the actual order number?

The Verizon Enterprise Center website is useless for showing order status.  I'm hoping I can find more info somewhere else.

I have spoken with Enterprise Business customer service and they supposedly see all nine orders I placed on Friday morning but all they can tell me is they are in a "PRE" status.

These order numbers may be unique to business accounts.

Notice for everyone

Alright, so I just found out information after caling UPS multiple times. Basically UPS has an agreement with Apple not to deliever any iPhone shipments before 9/21. It doesn't matter if your iPhone has shipped woth standard shipping or Next Day Air you will get it on  9/21 not before. Currently iPhone shipments are being placed in stragic locations. The most popular one is UPS Worldport in Louisville, KY. You may not have seen a scan for Louisville but iPhone shipments from Addison,IL are en route to Louisvlle, KY and will be held there most likely for a day then make there way to local hubs. You probably haven't seen the scan for Louisville because they didn't scan it. They probably have the iPhone shipments in a tractor waiting.

Did anyone else purchase the Iphone pre-order on a credit card and was billed multiple times?  The charge hit my credit card 7 times and was denied 5 times so I am still being billed twice?

All UPS shipments go through Louisville.  Nothing new.

Ordered mine 20 minutes after midnight (West Coast).  Finally got my FedEx information today and it shows it's sitting at a FedEx facility in Memphis waiting for overnight delivery.  It's been there since noon today.  Why can't they just ship it if Verizon says delivery "BY" Friday, the 21st??  If it got here on the 20th, that would still be by the 21st!

I believe that they have a contract with APPLE that they can not do any delivery to anyone before it is available on the actual release date with the retailers??? I  noticed that when checking the FED EX it said

Hello Adam. Something weird going on with my iPhone 5 order. I think I was the first to order on the verizonmsite I had my pc and iPad and iPhone refreshing till It said order now and I breezed through it since I was paying full price with no discount, the weird thing is it has shipped with a delivery date of 9-19 and I confirmed this with FedEx and it is now saying in transit. What's the chances I will recieve this thing tomorrow like it says.

My wife and I are both original debut 3GS owners from ATT (so well past time for the upgrade)....and are taking the plunge on iPhone 5 with Verizon.

I ordered a black 64GB model and she got a black 32GB model.

The order process started 7:00 Eastern time on 09-14 over the phone with a business customer rep (to avail the IBM employee discount). The process was completed 7:32 AM with the following email.

I placed nine iPhone orders with Verizon Business and two with AT&T Business.  I've got shipping notices from AT&T but nothing from Verizon!  All were ordered between 7:00 AM EDT and 8:30 AM EDT.

I received email yesterday around 5:30pm  from VZ that my IP5 has shipped out with tracking #  on Fexdex and it stated that it will be there at my house on 21st by 3:00pm . Hopefuly , I receive before it hit the store . note: I ordered it on 14th at 2:45am.

Just spoke with a customer service supervisor at the business center.  According to him orders that were received, AND PROCESSED, before 11 AM EDT have an expected delivery date of 9/21.  Orders placed and processed between 11:00 AM EDT and 1:00 PM EDT have an expected delivery date of 9/26.  So I guess the key here is not when your order was placed but rather when the order was processed.  Given that Verizon allowed consumers to order at 3 AM EDT and didn't open up the business side of the house until 7 AM EDT, it would seem to me like business orders had to get in line behind all the ones placed during the four hours prior, basically shafting their business customers.

I am in the same business center boat. I actually called the night before the launch screaming at customer service about why as a business customer i have to wait until 7am when everyone else gets to order at 3am. I was told by him and shockingly 2 others customer service reps since that business orders are seperate from cosumers and that business customers have their own pre order process with their own inventory. so no we won't be behnid the consumers who ordered at 3 am since we have our own inventory. i still havent gotten a shipping confirmation and when i called and spoke to another CSR yesterday they said that the tracking number should be made available on thursday for overnight shipping with the phone being delivered friday. i received my original confirmaton email at 8:47 AM EST so I'm I'm suring if you ordered before 11 AM you will get the phone by 3pm on Friday.

I have now officially recieved tracking numbers for a delivery date of 9/21 so I would say to those that are still waiting as long as you have something that shows 9/21 be patient it is coming.  You cannot really complain until after the fact anyway.
