Why does my iPhone consistently have .68 mbps when it switches to 5g? All websites and apps take several minutes to load or they just timeout. Shouldn’t 5g be faster than 2g?

No such thing is 2G but yes 5G is slower than 4G LTE unless you are in the range of MW

It seems to be a constant issue at this point with the 5G Sub-6 (standard 5G, aka 5G Nationwide for Verizon).
mmWave is highly localized and in very select locations, which I fully expect.
I don't think this disparity between 5G and 4G LTE speeds is unique to Verizon, but I could be wrong.
