My iPhone 6s Plus will freeze intermittently. Looks OK but when I tap an icon nothing happens. Put into suspend mode and it does not always fix. Restart phone and that fixes 80% of the time. Sometimes I tap hard or slide several times, or move from suspend to on to suspend and that works.
Any ideas?

You’ve mentioned that you’ve been able to put the device into “suspend mode”. Can you please elaborate further on the steps that you’ve taken to get the phone into this particular mode? When did you first start to experience this issue? How exactly are you using the phone when you notice that it starts to freeze?
