iPhone 6s Plus reboot

I recently switched from AT&T I had a 6s plus with them and now one with Verizon. I had full LTE at work, my commute,and home. Now at work I have only 3G extended. When it works the performance is fine.  However, I have to reboot the phone 3 times a day on average to get data service. I literally had to do it to post this message. Is there a bug in the carrier setting? It's getting ridiculous to have to reboot a phone that I know works fine on other services. Is anyone else experiencing this?
