Since Tues Oct 2, my iPhone X totally locks up when I receive a call. Absolutely nothing works, not even the startup/shutdown button. I have to do the 3 button shutdown. Everything else works, even outgoing calls. I have some friends in Houston that have the same problem. Is it a Verizon issue or Apple problem. This really isn’t acceptable. BTW I called the local store for tech help, was put on hold for 39 minutes by the tech, then hung up on. Great customer service.
1668michael, ensuring that you have access to your iPhone Xs is always a priority! Seeing that the issue occurs when you receive calls on the iPhone Xs, this is what we would like to explore. Is this issue happening when you receive all calls or only certain types of calls such as Wi-Fi Calls, Face Time calls or standard calls? Is this issue continuing to happen?
