My phone stopped receiving texts from everyone except for the other phone on our plan. Anyone know how to resolve this? I tried all the troubleshooting methods and nothing is working.
Bwede, making sure that you're able to receive all text messages is of the utmost importance. We'd be glad to help right away. What type of texts are you having trouble receiving (iMessages or SMS)? When did this issue begin? Are you able to receive/make calls to other contacts?
