I am unable to sent up face id on my iPhone X.... its really frustrating.....
Have you verified you are attempting the setup in a brightly lit room and following the instructions?

Face ID is a great security feature and we want you to take full advantage of it without any frustration. What problems are you having when setting up Face ID?
