Still no shipping notification. I never even received the email that people got about shipping postponed. anyone else not get the updated email notification?

My confirmation email looks just like that, and I haven't received anything else since. I ordered mine on the 20th as well. I don't know what's going on.

and when i search my preorder number i get:
We received your order and it is in process. Payment not taken yet.
Expected Ship Date: Not available at this time.

Ordered 2 5s phones on the 20th, got one on the 25th, and still waiting for the 2nd phone here.

I also ordered on the 20th, did not receive any information from verizon and when checking my order it still lists 9/24/13 as the ship date. When I called in on the 4th time calling in they told me I was sent an email, which I never received, telling me it would not ship until 10/16!! My brother ordered at the same time and received both his phones on 9/25, pretty ridiculous!

still no update here. when i look at the preorder number still says the same thing. i can type in any last name with the number and that comes up. if i check orders history there is no order. i try get get an update from online chat and need a billing password? i have no idea what it is nor does my mother who i share the account with. also now when i log on it says I'm eligible for an upgrade before it said i wasn't because a phone was ordered. beginning to think my order was canceled. ive also been waiting this long before canceling myself because i had paid for the phone with a visa gift card and have since destroyed the card because i used it. Im going to go the a store and see if they can help.

I still don't have an update either. I just checked again and it still says the same thing. It says that they've received the order and it is in process. Expected ship date 10/7. This is ridiculous!

Depending on the date you ordered your phone, your order may still be in process as the iPhone 5S has a very high demand and order surpassed expectations. Did you make it to the store? Were they able to assist you further? Please provide the date you ordered your device and I will check on estimated shipping date.

Thanks for information bkeck! As I checked my resources, I see that shipping date for devices ordered on 9/20/13 also vary depending on color and memory size. Please provide color and memory size and I will be able to narrow down the estimated shipping date.

Still no update. There was an issue with payment on Verizon's end and they never informed me, I found out on my on when I called to see what was going on. After like 2 hrs on thy phone with customer service they fixed it and now I probably got pushed back on the orders list, but I don't get it till November
