I pre-ordered my iPhone 13 pro max on 9/17. Had an expected ship date of 10/1. On 9/27 I had a "trouble with your order message" call to get it straightened out and was told the order was stuck and I had to cancel the order and re-order, but they would submit to "save my place" so I do it. Now its showing expected ship date 10/22 😖. So I got bumped due to a Verizon system issue ??? The same thing happened with the 12 pre-order, I used device dollars and it gets messed up. I get no help when I call, I get that its busy but come on !
