I have restarted my phone and my passcode won't work and now I am locked out. What has happened?
Being locked out of anything isn't fun ratz1020! Let's see what we can do here. What model iPhone do you have? What options do you have to reset the passcode from the phone screen itself?

Thank you for that information. Does restarting your device help at all? Unfortunately, we do not have control over personal passwords set on devices. The best option, if you are unable to access the device at all, would be to do a Factory Reset.
