i got my phone 1 year ago tomorrow. last week I dropped it and it cracked the whole entire front scree badly, almost to the point I can barely read it.. I have insurance on it through Verizon. im going tmorro to see hat to do but I wanted to know ahead of time what to expect. will Verizon replace my phone because of the warranty or will I have to just buy a new phone at full price?
Don't even bother going to the verizon store - they won't do a thing about your broken iPhone - justifiably. Just file a claim with asurion online (www.phoneclaim.com/verizon) and move on.
