Hello - 

My phone frequently has network issues and drops off network frequently. I have tried to correct settings, frequently reboot my phone. My network is completely unreliable. It does not even matter if I am in a location that Verizon gets great service. 

Any tips? Or do I have to sacrifice time and go to the Verizon store?

Making sure that you're able to stay connected to our network is vital, magsfree34. Please tell us, when did this first start happening? What signal do you see on your phone when you encounter these service issues? To clarify, what services (voice, text, data) are impacted?
