I upgraded my iPhone 7 to iPhone 11. I followed the prompts on my new iPhone 11, but now my new phone is stuck on activation screen. I tried following verizon video online, went to vzw.com, devices, activate device, chose iPhone 11, entered EMEI number. Then it said that I should receive a verification text, but I never did. How do I proceed? I need to activate my new iPhone.
