Trying to find out where you can actually speak with an engineer. I live 4 miles from Hayward Wisconsin only 1 mile from Hwy 63, the terrain is fairly flat in fact there is a sizeable lake near me. Everyone in my area drops calls and can at best get 3G, mostly 1x, I have logged complaints to the people who answer the phones but after 2 years clearly they do not get to who needs to know. Verizon advertizes about falling from a stand in the woods, I would not get a signal. I get being in the wilderness but this is not the case here. Pleae advise if anyone knows how to actually get someone to address this issue.
