My wife's wifi calling will not enable. Enter the 911 address and it just goes back to the menu with wifi off. Spent 2 hours with Verizon and they tried everything and now say it's a device problem. I have a iPhone XR and wifi calling works fine. Any answers?
I just spoke to Apple and they said it's a Verizon problem.
You may wish to have your wife reset her network settings on her iPhone.
Thanks for the advise, we did that. After that did not work we wiped the phone and started from scratch and it still does not work.
I call Verizon and asked then to reset the wifi calling on the phone at their end. This is what Apple tech support suggested. After they did that and a restart it works!
