I was told that I wouldn't have to pay anything down to add a line after 6 months. It is telling me I need 20% down and it has been since months. What is the problem? Why please do tell?

Embalmfirst, that extra 20%, especially at this time of year, really makes a difference. We want you enjoying the new line that you are looking for. When adding a line with our Device Payment Plans, there are many items that are reviewed to determine is a down payment may be needed. From credit class, to time with Verizon Wireless, and even if any payments to us have been late, all of these things go into making that decision.
