I have upgrade remorse. My 5 worked perfect. My new 6plus has bugs:( I'm not comfortable going back to purchase location, service was poor.

You have 14 days from date of purchase/upgrade to return the phone and pay the restocking fee.  However, if you traded your phone in...this might prove to be an issue.  (Trade-ins are not returnable.)
